We were looking for a condo in the New Port Richey area and had two dogs. Debbie and Paul went way above and beyond what we expected in searching for properties. Deborah quickly answered our questions and messages we left on voicemail in a quick and timely manner and followed up on all the paperwork required for a VA loan. Deborah even went above and beyond in dealing with and doing the job of the other realtor who seemed to drop the ball and wouldn't follow through with his sellers, in order to meet our inspection and repair timelines for the closing. (The other realtor didn't even come to closing.) We have bought 2 homes before in a different state and we have never had a realtor that took so much interest in getting us what we wanted. Working with Deborah and Paul was like looking and buying with close friends that we have had for years, even though we have just met. We would highly recommend Deborah and her husband Paul to anyone that is looking for a realtor team to meet their personal needs when it comes to buying or selling a home. We have even personally recommended them to family members that are looking to move in the next year. On top of this, it was fun to work with such a personable team with a good sense of humor through it all.

Deborah did a good job of advertising our property, including very good drone pictures of the property and surroundings, including the canal and gulf. She advised me of all that she thought I should know about and got the property sold in a time that was not the easiest to sell waterfront lots close to the gulf.
