We looked for a home for about a year with another agent and on our own going to open houses. When we started working with Debbie, everything changed! She listened to what mattered to us and would even point out aspects of houses that didn’t meet our preferences- for example, ...“location was high on your priority list and the drive to work will be about 10 more minutes than you wanted....this one has more land/maintenance than you preferred...” She never hesitated to get us an appointment to see a home, even houses we found on our own. In other words, she genuinely wanted to help us find our perfect home and never ever made us feel rushed or pressured. She was very familiar with the area (It seemed like she had sold a home or had friends in every neighborhood!) and worked her connections to find out useful info on homes. Once we found the home we wanted, she initiated the negotiation process quickly which allowed us to go under contract before other buyers. She kept us informed throughout, always answered her phone or called us back in a timely way, and generally gave us the impression that she loves being a realtor and helping families find THEIR perfect We highly recommend Debbie Kerschen!
