Debbie is the best of the best. She is personable, savvy, experienced, professional and efficient. We had a fairly large list of qualities that we wanted in our first home and Debbie allowed us to come to our own conclusions but also helped us to streamline our search as we were on a budgeted time line due to our work schedules. She is very knowledgeable about NJ and the different neighborhoods and trends in the market. She found us our first home and expedited the negotiations for us. She kept us organized and helped us to get through the home buying process without a single glitch. She provided us with a lot of recommendations and we were extremely satisfied with all of them. If you are looking for a good realtor that will take care of you and find you what you are looking for, look no further, she is the best.

Savvy real estate agent. Debbie went above-and-beyond in finding us a townhome to rent (even though she usually does home sales), showing us many places on multiple trips and explaining the pros and cons of each place we visited. And her service did not end when we signed the lease. She came out to help us with the walkthrough and, when the townhome we rented was not ready, she was a tough advocate on our behalf. She even stayed in touch well afterward to help us with little issues that came up from time-to-time. Debbie also has in-depth knowledge of the area, and many contacts with real-estate related services, like cleaning personnel, locksmiths, and handymen. She is an all-around great real estate agent, and a very nice and caring person. Would definitely recommend contacting her if you are looking to purchase a home (or rent a place) in any areas she services.
