We had the pleasure of working with Debbie to find a house in Seattle for our family, as we were relocating from Southern California. Debbie took the lead on this search as we were in California and needed someone to preview houses and send us detailed information. Debbie knew what we were looking for and did an amazing job of communicating what she saw and if it would fit our needs. She was very patient with us and took the time, when we were in town, to take us around the Seattle / East Side area and show us as many houses as we wanted. We ultimately found a house in Magnolia and Debbie did a great job of negotiating the deal and we were able to get a house that fit everyone of our needs. I would HIGHLY recommend Debbie to anyone that is either selling or buying a house!!

Debbie was amazing and always keeping us up to date on our purchase of a new home. As new home owners, she helped us through each step of the process and helped us find an amazing house that was just right for our every need. My siblings and I inherited a home in Lake Forest Park from our parents.
