- Debbie helped me buy a home
Debbie Forrester is excellent. I have had the opportunity to work with Debbie several times. She is a jewel.
- Debbie showed me homes
Very satisfied with her professionalism. Would gladly do business with her again
- Debbie listed and sold my home
Ashley did not respond to any of our calls for pretty much the entire process of selling my folks home. I found out her broker was her mother and contacted her through her R/E website. The first thing Debbie did when she called me was to remind me the we have a contract with her. Nice. Return calls from Debbie or Ashley were non-existent throughout the sell of my parent's home. But if an offer was put in, although we had 24 hours to respond, my phone would blow up immediately and all day - and Debbie would threaten to call my Mom or Dad to get them to sign. Keep in mind that she was well aware that my parents didn't understand the forms and wanted me to be the receiver/reviewer/signatory for any documents. I found that particularly slimy. About halfway through the process as my Dad's condition worsened (he has dementia, although he had not been officially diagnosed at the time - we couldn't get an earlier appt) he expressed a desire to age & pass in his home. When I relayed that message to Debbie, she advised that moving forward with selling the house was best and, if we didn't sell the house with her, she would sue my folks for her $20K commission. This entire process was very difficult & heartbreaking for my parents. However, we felt that we had no other choice but to move forward with selling their home. To add insult to injury, at the closing, she pushed herself on my Mother attempting to get a selfie with her to put on her website. Really?? Debbie Forrester is a terrible human being.

We were extremely pleased. Ashley was completely professional. Another realtor asked to show the house right as we signed with Ashley. It resulted in an offer much lower than the ultimate selling price. She helped us navigate through that and coordinated viewings that resulted in multiple offers. While you always feel you might get just a little bit more out of a property, it felt that if the final selling price was any higher, buyers would have difficulty getting appraisals and loan approval. Thank you Ashley!

Debbie's brokerage has plenty good reputation in the area. They are well ran, up to date and go getters that negotiate with firm but fair proposals.
