I am pleased to provide this review/recommendation for Debby Stevenson. We used Debby after she responded to an online query about a house in Manistee. We lived in southeast Michigan and were looking for a house in the northwest part of the state. Debby was the first agent who responded to our inquiry and from that point on it was apparent that we could count on her to do the work necessary to investigate and answer any questions we had about any property we wished to see. Debby wrote up our first offer in an expeditious manner and was very prompt with information during the negotiation process. Most of my emails were returned in less than an hour by Debby herself. We had a few hurdles to overcome during the closing process and Debby was there for us, either by phone or email, whenever we had questions. We both would highly recommend Debby as a sellers or buyers agent.
