She narrowed the homes down to 5 that all fit everything I asked for. I didn't expect to see all 5 at the same time, but she cleared the whole day and showed me every one. The Seller had 6 offers submitted on Saturday and the offer she wrote for me was accepted. She is very knowledgeable!
