Deb is a phenomenonal realtor and now a great friend. She met with us on our first visit to Wichita and helped us get to know the different neighborhoods before we bought 6 months later. She is extremely knowledgeable and patient. When we found ourselves in a position to move again less than a year later she helped us sell that same house we purchased in less than a week. She is very responsive and professional yet you feel like you are working with a trusted friend you have known for years. She helped us after hours with some hiccups we had in pre-closing. Post-sale she even made herself available to help us with builder inquiries for some minor concerns we had. Please know that if you choose to work with Debi, you are selecting not only a great realtor, but a great person as well.
