We were in a tough position, with zero market leverage and a complicated septic issue ahead of us. Over the next four months, you were our most trusted advisor. You helped us navigate legal, banking, construction, real estate, and political issues simultaneously—all while we had virtually zero leverage nor any direct access to information. But you stayed diligent and aggressive, making sure everybody was doing their job to get this deal across the finish line. And finally, after a half a year of near daily work from you—we closed on the house. We’ve been here only a few days but the impact on our family has been immeasurable. We will never be able to truly express our gratitude for all you did to make this happen. You will have our love and admiration always for what you have done for our family.
