Review of Debbie Fitzgerald By David and Cara Hanson 12/28/21. We have had a lot of real estate agents over the years, but Debbie Fitzgerald was by far the best. She is an absolute delight as both an individual and as an agent. Highly experienced and knowledgeable in her field, Debbie is a top-notch agent who will provide outstanding results. Our family had an extremely specific wish list that was seemingly impossible given the competitive market, but Debbie managed to check all the boxes and 'nd us our dream home. The utmost professional, she worked tirelessly to help our family, regardless of the day or hour. Regardless of the stressful situations, she did it all with a smile on her face and a pleasing personality. I highly recommend Debbie to anyone who needs a dedicated and diligent agent. She will get the job done beyond your greatest expectations!

Debbie was an absolute pleasure to work with, her knowledge of the properties that met my criteria and ability to read the reaction as we viewed properties and adjust showings so that they fit my taste was phenomenal. She arranged to view again in the evening so we could experience the sunset and night ambiance. Deborah has contacted us after the sale to check if we needed any other assistance. I have no problem recommending her to my friends for their real estate needs.

She is amazing!! The lender was a nightmare, but she stuck by me throughout the entire process! If I had any questions, she was there to answer. The lender's parent company owned the property, and they were quite hard to contact and move forward with, but she did very well with them!

I am a first time home owner and my experience with Debbie as my realtor was amazing. Her and her partner, Robenson, really helped me to navigate through all the confusing steps to buy my dream home. My experience was a huge emotional and financial roller coaster and I believe that no one else would have had the patience and experience to help me get a beautiful new house despite my limiting budget. She was with me every step of the way even as one of my loan offers from the bank fell through last minute and the title company made a mistake with my paperwork. Debbie fought at the title company for 8 whole hours to try and get the paperwork corrected to get me the key to my home on time since the closing date had been pushed back so many times. Whenever I thought a problem would ruin something Debbie and Robenson were there to fix it or offer an alternative solution. I can't thank Debbie enough for the work that she did and I wouldn't have wanted anyone else as my realtor. I highly recommend her and am not exaggerating when I say that I believe she is probably the best realtor you can find.

She sold my house even before I was able to complete lots of renovations it needed. To me it was going to be a challenge just to get it ready to sell. It was all quick and painless however, and the math worked out very well, in spite of the short marketing time. She was thorough and relentless in keeping the deal in order from contract to closing. I would definitely ask this Realtor to list for me again, if that means anything. She produced the kind of transaction that was precisely what I requested. 10 stars!
