Deb Marcum is a fraud! Possibly the worst real estate agent I have ever done business with. Do not I repeat do not deal with her when buying, renting, etc. Hey Deb how much do light bulbs cost??

This Is Deb Marcum responding to the derogatory comments from Steve. One would have to ask themselves why would anyone make comments like this. Steve was the renter and I was the Real estate agent for the OWNER. And if I did something to upset the renter then I did my job correctly and protected the OWNER. And Steve why don't you have the guts to tell everyone what you did or tried to do to the Owners?????

Middle of a divorce and Deb Marcum took the wife’s side the whole time. I asked for and never saw the market analysis. I had NO say in the asking price. When the wife and I agreed to lower the price by $15K, Deb said no and lowered it by $5k. It was like pulling teeth to get feedback on showings. Same with Open Houses. Like pulling teeth. She is entirely reactive and not proactive but I guess if your home is worth over ½ million and you’re not going through a divorce, maybe you could trust her. Not me. Not ever.
