When buying, she would have had an easy sale on a property we were interested in, but, after a thorough investigation of the property, showed us why it would not be in our best interest o buy it. My husband and I recently closed on a short-sale for a rental property we owned for 10 years. We could have NEVER accomplished this without Debbie's expertise.
