I had a wonderful experience with Deb & her staff. She always retuned calls when I had a question. She knows her job & does it well. Deb also has other professionals available like the company that did a video of our home it made it look so beautiful. I would recommend Parker & Co to anyone that wants to sell their home.

My siblings and I inherited this property, but we live across the US — nowhere near Billings. Dealing with absentee homeowners created additional work and challenges for Parker & Co., but Deb took each problem on cheerfully and efficiently. She made all of the arrangements for repairs and cleaning before we listed the property and when inspection report problems needed attention. She held numerous open houses, gave us good feedback from realtors who had shown the house. She gave us a report every month about comparable homes in the Billings area that had been listed or sold and kept us informed about the Billings real estate market every step of the way. She made suggestions for marketing and keeping our listing “fresh.” When we were negotiating the terms of our sale she made good suggestions we hadn't thought of. Deb and her team worked diligently to get our property sold and everything was handled timely and professionally. In the past ten years we have worked with several realtors in other cities and states, Deb was by far the realtor who exceeded our expectations in every way!! We are extremely appreciative of her hard work, knowledge and cheerful disposition. Deb and her team will do a great job for you!

Deb is an amazing realtor! She helped me find a home in the Billings area during a hot market.
