My girlfriend and I were in a situation where we needed to move... and quickly. But we didn't want to settle on just "any" place. This is where Deb came in. Literally, the first house that we were shown by Deb was an instant "YES!" She nailed it. We subsequently set up other showings because we wanted to be sure we were making the right decision, but ultimately ended up cancelling them because we knew she had found us the right place on the first try. Call it luck? Maybe. But we don't think so. She LISTENED to our top requirements. She asked us questions about what we REALLY NEEDED and wanted in a home and delivered a home run on the first pitch. She was extremely cooperative with my girlfriend's hesitations about going with the first home we walked through and was happy to show us the home a second time to make sure our appliances would fit. We were even able to communicate with the seller after the fact through Deb because we wanted to build an island in the kitchen and needed to know where and what style the cabinets and granite countertops were purchased. She was very familiar with the VA mortgage process and extremely helpful when unexpected items were requested to be cleared up through the VA appraisal process. We moved in on March 12, 2016 and have been pleased to call this our home for now and many years to come. Thank you Deb for everything.
