Deb was amazing! My wife and I were looking to purchase our first home and we greatly appreciated her honesty and input on all the houses we looked at. She was extremely helpful every step of the way from scheduling viewings to coordinating the close. We would absolutely recommend Deb to anyone.

What can I say that isn't positive about Deborah Spence and Fierce Realty Corp.? Answer: NOTHING! My husband and I came to Deb not knowing a single thing about purchasing a home. Over a 5 month period she never backed down from pushing us onward and upward. From me cursing a mile and then some, to late evening text messages about our next batch of homes to see, Deb was relentless in a positive way. She has become more than just a real estate agent to us, she's part of the family. Whenever we had misgivings or were feeling down about someone not accepting our offer, she would say "when you finally find your house, everything will go smoothly". And she's 100% right. And the woman is smart as (insert my kind of language here) all get out! :) She found our house for us. We had not seen it on the market, but after dealing with us she called it right! We closed on 11/16/20. It's a house, but what's even better, it's our home. So, if you are in need of a realtor, someone that knows the ropes, someone that cares, someone that is willing to hold your hand and drag you kicking and screaming (ummm, ok, that was just me) give Deb a call. She said to me once "let me work my magic and stop worrying". Me let go of control?? NOOOOOOO... But I did and we are all the better for having met her and chosen her. The woman is phenomenal!
