Debra was recommended to us by the condo property manager. Debra is very knowledgeable about the area, selling prices, availability of homes in her market.Debra went above and beyond in every situation that arose during this process. We had furniture in the condo. She felt the condo would sell better if it were unfurnished. She found someone to remove the furniture a sofa, a large chair, a bed BIG items.We had overlooked a repair that was needed in the storage room. Debra found a repair person for the complete repair. She found a cleaning person to clean the condo. A ceiling light fixture got broken somehow Debra went to Lowes, purchased a new light fixture and installed the fixture. The new buyer wanted paint cans removed. Debra made an additional special trip to the condo just to remove the paint cans.The AC unit was the original unit, over 15 years old. We decided to replace the unit. Debra recommended someone and arranged for the work to be done and the inspection.Debra always returned my emails and phone calls promptly. Debra kept us abreast of all the showings of the condo. She answered every question we had completely with all the needed details. She presented all the offers and made the correct suggestions regarding each interaction. She explained in detail the closing statement and everything that would be needed at the closing.We live 100 miles away and once we signed with Debra we NEVER had to make the drive to take care of anything regarding the sale of the condo. The first time we met was at the closing. Again, I would absolutely recommend Debra with no hesitation. She did an outstanding job for us.
