Dedy Tando

I worked with Dedy to purchase my first home in North Austin. It's been a pleasant experience for me and my wife working with Dedy. Considering this is our first home, it was a learning experience for us and we had many questions for Dedy not necessarily always about the home and he was usually knowledgeable to answer them right away and in cases he couldn't, he diligently works on getting us the answers eventually. Few good things with Dedy that made us feel comfortable to work with him is that he is a very good listener, pays attention to our needs, shares facts, insights with supporting data, never pressures us to make faster decisions, tries to keep things transparent and he is a trusted partner in representing our interests.

It was an amazing short process. The input on what to concentrate on to make the house more marketable proved out as the house was leased in about a weeks time. My original estimate of what the lease would go for were off significantly from what Dedy was able to get me in a positive way. Really appreciated the help and guidance.

It was great to work with Dedy Tando. He is very dedicated and takes his job seriously. He is always pleasant, attentive and polite. His ability to speak Chinese, Indonesian and English was a big plus. We used all 3!
