We initially listed our home for sale in July of 2018. After many frustrating months on the market with no interest from buyers, we let the listing expire. A friend recommended that we try selling our house through Dee Hays. We contacted Dee Hays, and explained that buyers did not seem interested in our house due to the master bedroom being on the second floor. Right from the start, we could tell Dee had in-depth knowledge of the real estate market in the Dallas, Texas area. She explained that most buyers in Texas want a house with master bedroom down, and also explained the types of buyers that would be interested in master up. She used her expertise to market to those buyers. With the benefit of stunning photographs taken by her photographer, our listing generated much more interest this time. We were elated to get an offer right at our asking price. The closing process was quite an ordeal, due to the buyer's countless demands. Throughout the closing process Dee kept a happy, positive and uplifting attitude and together we jumped through hoop after hoop. She even assisted us in the process of filing a claim for our hail-damaged roof, and seeing through the installation of a new roof via our insurance company. We successfully sold on our house for asking price, thanks to Dee. We wholeheartedly recommend Dee Hays for her expertise, professionalism, work ethic and cheerful attitude.
