When we were looking to buy a house a few years ago, we probably looked at 50+ houses. Deirdre and Terry's listings always stood out to us though. As a buyer, it always felt like there was a different quality or character to the listings. Years later, when we began thinking of selling our house, we immediately thought of L34. The whole process went really quick, and was not too stressful considering how big of a deal it is. Another thing that really stood out with them was their practice of getting preinspections before listing. It was worth the expense, because it helped potential buyers see everything they were getting into. We received multiple high offers after our first open house, and Deirdre finalized the best deal for us.
