Demetria Brown

My goal is to make the process easy, act as an ongoing resource and build lifelong relationships. After a long and successful corporate career, I relocated to Florida, purchased a waterfront home and started a new chapter. I also own and operate two successful vacation rental properties and have first hand experience in location assessment, property selection, remodeling, decorating, long distance transactions, cross country moves, managing rentals and maintaining properties. I'm living my dream on the water in Florida - let me help make your property dreams come true.
