I was on the hunt for a home for almost a solid year. Dena helped me every step of the way. It was a long process as I had a few specific requirements. Dena was always available whenever I saw something that I thought might. I cant thank her enough for her time and dedication to my home search. Highly recommend!

I cant say enough good things about Dena. After my husband died unexpectedly, I decided to put my house up for sale so I could move out of state to be closer to family. It was a very difficult time and I relied a lot on Dena. She was there for me through lots of tears, guided me through the entire process and made sure I understood everything as we went along. She went above and beyond every step of the way. I couldnt have done it without her. She is a very special person and remains one of my dearest friends.

My wife and I had the opportunity to work with Dena when we moved back home to the Skagit Valley after being away for many years. Dena was AWESOME! She spent months prior to our return looking at homes, updating us on new listings, and answering our multiple questions. When we finally arrived she had a solid plan for homes to look at and spent days driving us around. When we finally selected our "forever" home her insight helped us secure a very favorable price. She even attended our final closing with us. I'm not planning on buying another home but if I did I would choose Dena in a heartbeat!
