Denis was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I live in NJ and was looking for a second home in Florida so I needed someone who was able to help me remotely and he was amazing. He previewed a few condos for us because when we came to look we didn't have a whole lot of time, and he weeded out all the "junk". I felt like he listened to our needs and really helped find exactly what we were looking for. After two trips down there and no offers made I was afraid he wouldn't return my calls fearing he didn't think we were serious, but he wasn't like that at all! He dedicated a lot of time to us when we were in the area and was not afraid to see a lot of homes in a day. Third trip was a charm and we bought our second home, thanks again Denis! Denis is a great Real Estate Agent! When my wife and I were looking for a vacation condo in the Ft. Lauderdale area he helped us find the perfect condo that was exactly what we were looking for. He did not only show us numerous different units, but stayed with us throughout the entire process. Most of all we commend Denis, because he did not give up on us. He knew that we wanted to buy but wanted to find the right thing and would not settle. Any other agent would have walked away or not respond to calls from us to see other new units but not Denis.
