She provided us with new lighting and installed it herself, with negotiating items to be left for us by the sellers of our new location, she had good advice on what to offer and what price to settle on, and she provided members of her "team" to arrive in person and help us pack up some items and move some furniture to make our home more attractive to new buyers. Whenever we called her after our move she was readily available to advise and help us in any situation.
