Don’t use her ever!!! She’s awful!! She was the sellers agent and we decided to use her as our real estate agent to close the deal and regretted every minute of it. She was untrustworthy and didn’t have our best interest. She advised us buyers to put new flooring into the house before closed which we did not. You never advise your clients to do anything to a house until they close We found out the house needed a whole new foundation and that night she relisted the home while we were still in escrow which is illegal. She made us buyers talk directly to the seller instead of being the middle man. She didn’t come to any of our inspections with us and allowed the seller there so it was us buyers, the seller and our inspector which made it uncomfortable. She wouldn’t do a final walk through with us so we had to do it alone and also wouldn’t ask the seller to do any of the repairs we asked to be done. I hope she gets her karma that’s coming to her. If you use her as your agent you won’t sleep until you close bc you’ll be doing all the work and have to investigate what’s true and what’s not.
