Denise was cheerful and diligent from the get-go. She was always on time and proactive with our house hunting. I always felt like I was in good hands. She quickly figured out what kind of property was right for me and narrowed the search to ideal candidates. She responded quickly to all my email and text messages, and was always on top of the complex process of nailing down the deal. She worked very well with all the other players involved in making the process successful. She's a hard-working realtor who made things fun and easy for me.

Denise was hands-down an amazing person and professional to have on my side when selling my house. It was a challenge proposed; great home to sell but working against a contigency on a new home. I had to sell my home in a short time period with a bottom dollar sell/no-sell price point and Denise took the challenge head-on and nailed it. She has vast knowledge of the process and market and she monitors shifts strategically, knowing when to fluctuate price to stay on top and compete. She knows how to show a home! Denise was always available and provided mindful updates frequently. If I did it all over again, I would only hope that Denise was available to sell my home. I'd trust her professional knowledge and process any day.

She is very easy to get along with and has a unique combination of a bubbly yet professional personality. She is wonderful! We are grateful for all the hard work she did to help us get our first home.

We decided to go ahead and put a non-contingent offer on a home, even though we hadn't sold ours, yet. Denise told us what we needed to do and we got what we wanted for our house in 11 days on the market! She also negotiated all repairs to be made on our new home. Despite being a stressful situation, Denise assured us and we went through the entire process of buying and selling a home seamlessly.

Denise is an amazing professional and my property sold quickly. I particularly appreciate how beautifully she listed my property, how expertly she deflected a lot of unnecessary interference and how thoughtfully she negotiated a realistic and agreeable contract. Denise delivers!
