Denise and Lee are excellent to work with. They helped me years ago with a Deed in Lieu when no one else had the answers. Then when it came time for us to be able to buy a house again I contacted them right away and again they were great to work with. They steered in us in the right direction for a mortgage company and worked hard to find us our forever home and they succeeded.
