Denise’s induction in Real Estate was out of college where she sold Real Estate advertising for the Sun Sentinel in South Florida. Her career remained in the newspaper industry for many years and several states. In the early 2000’s, during the refi boom, she stumbled into the Title Insurance Industry. She ran a division of a National Title Company in Texas where she worked very closely with national lenders, abstractors, and appraisers. That eventually led her to Central Florida. With that, Denise felt the desire to obtain a Real Estate license at the end of 2006. Little did she know, the boom was over so strived very hard to become a successful Realtor in a down market.
