Denise Munoz

Denise Munoz is 100% the best realtor on earth! We highly recommend her for buying and selling! We worked with her to buy our house in 2013 and then to sell it in 2020. I have never seen or heard of an agent who works harder or cares more about her clients. She spent endless time helping us out with advice before we were even signed on with her. She is amazingly professional and knowledgeable, understanding all the stuff you'd never know to ask about, even in the most difficult and complex of situations. Our house was a wreck, and we ended up selling quickly, with multiple bids over our asking price; and in the middle of the COVID19 shut down Denise was able to facilitate the sale going through despite significant logistical problems. No words could express how grateful we are!

I found Denise on the site so I did not know her before. Denise Munoz is absolutely awesome. Let me rephrase that: Denise Munoz is ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!!!!!!! I needed to get out from under a mortgage on a property we were renting out because it had been upside since 2008 and the last appraisal looked good with the market rising since then. The house is in California and I am in New Mexico. The renter had neglected and trashed the house bringing the value down and they were totally uncooperative. They even stole my oven which had to be replaced. We needed termite evaluation, the tenting. The stove needed to be replaced. The house was filthy and the yard out of control. Repairs had to be made and the septic evaluated and upgraded. All of this was a huge long distance nightmare that Denise helped me through. She was always upbeat and helpful and always in communication. She found the right buyer and we all worked together to complete the sale even as all the parties were working from home due to COVID 19. I count my blessings that I chose the right real estate agent.
