Denise Rubin and her staff are professional, responsive and experienced. My condo had a contract in 4 days and a closing in 30 days. I would recommend Denise and staff to anyone buying or selling in the North Miami area.

Very pleasant and professional experience. Denise is really the best realtor to work with. She got me the highest $/ sf sale in the building. She is always prompt and attentive. Highly recommend!

As always Denise and her team comes to the top!Impeccable service and process handling! You will have her full attention regardless of price group you're in.Thank you!

Best realtor in Miami. She sold my apt in the Peninsula in record time in a previous down market. And in high price. Highly recommend. I recommend if you sell or buy to use her. You won't regret.

Denise just recently sold my condo in Sunny Isles Beaches. I would like to share my experiences with anyone who is interested in selling,1. First, Denise is very knowledgeable, unlike other agents pressured me to reduce my asking price.2. Denise knows how to close the deal, her skills at the last time saves and closes the deal.3. Denise is very responsive, I believe she must have many agents work under her, but she is always a phone call away.Highly recommended

The best realtor Ive ever worked with, professional from the very start. I would HIGHLY recommend Denise she gets the job done fast and her communication is excellent throughout.

Denise is professional, knowledgeable, accessible and thorough. I had a great experience with her selling my Miami condo. The process was smooth and efficient. I highly recommend.

I was a board of directors member of one of the largest prestige condos in the Aventura area. Denise was recommended to me by our long time building property manager...... I am so very a thankful for his recommendation!Denise has over 30 years of local real estate experience and was intimately familiar with our particular building of 275 units.... having sold and/ or listed multiple units in the past. The Aventura market is extremely competitive. Denise was able to introduce multiple prospective buyers both foreign and domestic. She was extraordinary knowledgeable, most professional, ALWAYS available and incredibly easy and delightful to work with!!It is without reservation and with a strong sense of personal conviction that Id recommend Denise Rubin to any of my friends or family.Thank you Denise..... Job well Done!!!

Denise and her team exceed all the expectations. They kept me updated and helped me with any queries I had. They also provided excellent service and was always very effective and efficient throughout the sale.
