Denise was amazing! We knew no contractors but needed to fix up our house and list it in a very short amount of time. We knew we needed an experienced and resourceful agent that could help us with that daunting task. After some extensive research we found Denise and were very impressed. With her resume she has built, not only as a real estate agent but as a previous investment consultant and negotiator for companies all over the country, we met with her to discuss our situation and decided immediately that she was the agent for us. It was an overwhelming amount of work that we needed done to our house but Denise got to work immediately and called in some great contractors and we had it complete in a very short amount of time. The listing was very well done and we were under contract in less than a week. Denise was always available to answer calls or texts and even answered the occasional email I would send in the middle of the night. She made a potentially very stressful situation as pain free as possible. Her willingness to help is unmatched. We are so glad we found her!

Denise takes the time to build a relationship with her clients and makes them feel like family.
