Who knew that a handshake from Dennis would take away all our fears and frustrations, real and imagined? He anticipated our needs and guided us through this complicated process with patience and quiet humor. We felt that his representation to the buyer was polite and correct in every detail that we could understand. It was a long period of negotiation and we were never sure we had a deal until moving day was in sight. He knocked on the door of our new home and handed us a stack of old missing photographs and letters that had fallen in the barn, forgotten and abandoned by the movers. He had gone to the old house that morning just to check for such things. . He's warm and friendly, patient and humorous, with a great eye for detail.

I can't say enough about Dennis and the way he represented me and my family in this purchase. Dennis was always responsive to our needs and really listened and understood what type of property we were looking for. When it came to making offers, Dennis always had recommendations and insight. If he felt we were in for a long road or if the seller was going to be challenging, he prepared us with that expectation. Dennis knows this community inside and out, which made our search easier and more predictable. We always knew Dennis was in our corning and were able to trust his instincts and expertise. Dennis Covey is an absolutely amazing real estate agent. He was available 24/7 throughout my entire experience of finding a house, going through the inspections, and buying a house. Dennis knows a lot of house inspectors, septic companies, pest control companies, contractors, etc. Whenever I had a question, Dennis had the answer in a matter of minutes/hours instead of days. Dennis kept great relations with the agent selling the house and kept me in the loop every step of the way. Dennis was extremely flexible in his schedule. I can't stress enough how flexible he is. He worked with me on several weekends and week nights. I remember driving to his office at 10:00p.m. on a Sunday to initial a few papers to finalize the contract. Dennis showed us at least 15 houses (several on the weekends) and was always honest with us about the condition of the house. I never felt any pressure from him. I would use Dennis Covey as my real estate agent again in a heartbeat. He's extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and personable, and he's passionate about his job. He loves finding people their dream homes and that will become obvious quickly when you work with him.

Dennis Covey was my realtor for purchase of a house in Easton, Maryland, in 2016. Dennis interviewed me over the phone, asking all the right questions. When I arrived in Easton two days later, he had selected three properties that met my criteria. Dennis listens well!
