Sharon and I wish to express our appreciation to you and your staff for the wonderful job you have done in arranging the sale of our home. As you know our sale was rather complex. You found a buyer for the house, an investor, and finally construction workers to upgrade the exterior to code. You had to work with the buyer to assure him that in spite of delays the home would actually close as agreed. We met with two other parties, including the home builder's real estate agent, involved prior to meeting you. Really they were afraid to touch it - too many complications with the trustee, lender, etc.We were able to sign-off January 4 for the sale of the home with the new buyer who had already moved in before Christmas. We thank you for having introduced us to the investor and having worked so graciously with the buyers, and so many parties involved from the mortgage companies, trustees, attorneys, title company, and others.
