Derek was extremely helpful and readily available 24/7 during my entire process as a first time home buyer. He was very friendly and professional and answered all of my questions, big or small. Derek made sure I was always informed and up to date on what was going on with everything, every step of the way. He also put me in contact with other outstanding professionals who were able to help me with other aspects of my home buying experience/process (insurance broker, mortgage lender, etc.). You can tell that he goes above and beyond to make his clients his #1 priority, as he was always readily available and quick to get back with me anytime I contacted him via phone/text/email. Derek had a superb knowledge of the local market. He got our house sold for the price we needed, despite multiple similar homes in the neighborhood being on the market simultaneously. He also recommended a local builder that built a quality home at a reasonable price. He's the number one Realtor in Lincoln for a reason, and I highly recommend him.
