I had picked out a home I liked and jumped into it without being prepared at all and thus there were too many overwhelming obstacles to tackle to a point I amost gave up on it. Thankfully Derek explained what needed to be done and guided me through closing. He helped me negotiate with the seller to the teeth to extract out the best deal.
