Deciding to buy a house was the best decision I have ever made for me and my family. When the idea first came about, I truly thought it would be the most difficult thing I would ever do in my life. Derek and Chelsea came as a recommendation to me. I was apprehensive at first as I had it in my mind realtors were pushy sales people. Not the case with Derek and Chelsea. From the moment I first spoke with Derek on the phone, I felt comfortable and at ease. His approach is genuine to the core! He was responsive to any and all questions and concerns from start to finish. I honestly cannot imagine having anyone else for a realtor. Derek and Chelsea were a great help to us when we were looking to buy an apartment in the UT area of Austin. They were very knowledgeable, helpful and a pleasure to work with. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they went out of their way to show us as many properties as we wanted to look at (a lot!). We made a last minute decision to purchase a condo for our son who was starting school in Austin this fall. I found Derek and Chelsea's compnay online. They were awesome realtors! Very laid back and "no pressure". My son and I were very comfortable with them both as they showed us several properties around town. We lived in Katy, Tx so once we made a decision most of our paperwork was done online. Derek made this process very easy. I would recommend Derek and Chelsea to family and friends. It is imperative to have realtors take the time to understand what you are looking for so that everyday you feel happy with your home purchase. Derek and Chelsea were absolutely incredible to work with. They were sooo patient with me and worked with me every step of the way until I signed the last document at closing....and even after. I have and will continue to highly recommended them to anyone who is in search of their next home. They truly made the whole process easier and taught me a lot about how to proceed and what to expect. They even recommended an incredible loan officer to me.
