Derek Savoy

Derek is a fantastic real estate agent. He will ALWAYS look out for your needs. His recommendations on house hunting are second to none and gives great feedback. Derek is a very aggressive realtor and does not play games. Hes quick to the punch on everything and takes care of the entire process for you. Home buying can be very stressful but Derek takes all of that away for you. Hes very communicative and keeps you updated through the entire process by the minute it feels like. He had answers to all my questions. He gave honest feedback and didnt feel like a salesman, but more of a friend who was looking out for you and your best intentions. I couldnt have asked for a better realtor!!

Though I have not worked with Derek in purchasing a home(yet), he has been incredibly professional and courteous in helping answer any questions I have in regards to real estate, renting and so much more! Derek is very kind and helpful, and I wouldnt trust anyone more than him to help me when it comes time to purchasing my first home.

Derek is one of the most courageous and determined people I know. Everything he does he gives 110%, accepting nothing less than perfect. When he has a goal or a project in mind he will not sleep until the job is done, and done successfully. Hes one of the hardest working people I know, always thinking of others before himself. You can rest assured knowing that Derek will take care and handle every last detail for you, not matter how big or small. He will exceed your expectations every time. There is no greater realtor than Derek Savoy.
