Derek Thomas

Prior to joining Madison & Company Properties Inc., Derek was an advisor / broker at Remax Masters Inc. specializing in Residential, Luxury and Investment property. Derek’s previous experience in Commercial Real Estate also included brokerage at Land Advisors Organization specializing in Douglas and Arapahoe county land sales. Derek’s Residential experience started with new home sales and marketing for two custom homebuilders in the Denver Metro area. Resale brokerage also became Dereks’ specialty in the southeastern Denver Metro including Arapahoe and Douglas Counties making him very knowledgeable in new home communities and resale. While brokering residential transactions in Denver, Derek also aided in the operating and disposition of 500 plus multifamily units in Phoenix, AZ with Thomas Properties Inc. Derek resides in Parker with his wife, Diamond, and their two daughters.
