Derek and his team (Taura) made the sale of my first home as easy as possible. He was very responsive and communicated very well with us during the entire process. He delivered on all his time frames with the listing and the open house. After the house inspection we needed a couple repairs done and it was stressful thinking..now I have to look around for a contractor and schedule the work, etc, etc, Nope! Not with Derek. He already knew two companies that could perform the work in the time frame we needed. Taura scheduled it and took care of payment at closing! I didn't have to worry about it and didn't have to take any time out of my schedule. This is one of the many reasons I will recommend Derek because he has the experience and resources to make a sale A LOT easier.
