Derrick was always extremely professional and honest about what we needed to have done with the house before it was listed. He has an extensive oat of contractors to help with what ever you may need and is straight forward about you what will bring value to the house and what wont. On many occasions, he was willing to jump in and help with projects to get us to the end result. I highly recommend him as your realtor if you are planning on listing your house.
