My husband and I used Desiree when we purchased our first home 6 years ago, as well as when we sold that home last Fall and for the purchase of our current home. She is very responsive, personable, and willing to go the extra mile for you. On the selling side, she gave us advice on how to stage the house with our own furniture (even allowing us to borrow her accent pillows for our couch) and got us an offer we accepted within a week. On the buying side, she offered to show us as many houses as we wanted until we found the one. For us, that was many many houses and we found ourselves in several competitive situations. In one situation, offers were being considered in the order received. Due to Desirees diligence, we submitted the first offer by a matter of minutes before the open house even ended. There were 10 offers and although we rejected that owners counter offer for much more than asking, I was pleased that Desiree acted quickly and we had the option to move forward on that house. Although that was not the house for us, ultimately, we got a great house in an awesome neighborhood.The home buying and selling process can be very stressful and often times, time is of the essence so it definitely helps to have a realtor who is always available to talk, can show you a house at a moments notice, and takes action promptly!
