The market was crazy with people paying well above asking price for houses when Devin helped me find the Home I was looking for. She didn't pressure me to choose between a few houses or try to tell me I need to do this or that because everyone else is doing it that way. She kept looking for what I wanted and supported what I wanted to do. Her patience was huge and there was no argument when I wanted to offer less than the asking price in a market that had a limited amount of houses to buy. In fact, she encouraged me to make a lower than asking price of the house and because of her, I ended up getting the house I wanted/ Because Devin did her homework, knew things I otherwise would not have known about. Devin offered full disclosure even when it could have cost her the sale. Then she encouraged me to go FHA because she knew the seller would have to fix certain things that a conventional loan would not have required the seller to fix. The monthly payment was actually lover even with the insurance because the rate was less. I got a great discount on the house I liked not one I was settling for. Devin was by far the best agent I could have possibly hoped for. She rates 10 out of 10 when it comes to choosing an agent. She actually works for you as your agent. Others I tried in the past only seemed to care about getting their commission and showed me townhouses knowing I was looking for a house with a yard. Devin never once tried to get to me look at something she knew I wasn't interested in. I've never been so happy with a sates person in my life and luck had nothing to do with it. Devin worked hard for me and listened to me and thus I got exactly what I wanted. She never tried to push me into something just to get the sale. She was great!

Their knowledge of the Denver real estate market and their understanding of home improvement, the purchase process and incredible customer service were invaluable to us purchasing our home in Denver.
