We had the pleasure to work with Devin on two real estate transactions; a buy and a sell. When you sell your house, it requires an agent that is honest in providing feedback way before the house is even listed. It requires an agent that is committed and keeps an open mind and stays positive. On a buying side, the agent shouldnt share the same excitement as the buyers, and someone that stays cool in negotiations. Devin has all that! But beyond that, he knows the market inside out, works hard and has creative ideas to keep buyers and sellers engaged.
