DeWayne is the Founder of Smart Realty and has a proven track record as a top producer in residential real estate for over a decade, both as a Broker and an Agent. Although DeWayne is quickly approaching $100 Million in personal sales production as a Realtor, his passion as a Broker is helping others to reach their potential as they define success. DeWayne is a strong family man that has spent his whole life in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. He grew up in North East Tarrant County, married his high school sweetheart Brooke in 2006 and has 3 children. They are also in the process of adopting children from China and Ethiopia. DeWayne has a servants heart and leads by example. He is a member of Compass Church and serves on their financial board (ALT) as well as helping serve at Men’s Breakfasts and with Kids Care.
