Diana is the absolute best. We would not have found our amazing house without her. She listened to what our needs were and found houses to show us that she knew were a good fit. She was always patient, and understood that as first-time home buyers we were nervous. After we saw a house, she would then go through pros and cons of the house. She never tried to push us to buy a house. We felt well informed and prepared for each step. Her experience and knowledge of the Chicagoland market was invaluable - we turned to her advice for absolutely everything. We found ourselves in a multiple offer situation and she really went to bat for us. Beyond these qualities, Diana is also just extremely pleasant and fun to work with. Diana Bzdyk brings so much enthusiasm, knowledge and energy to her work that I became just as enthusiastic as she is. She turned what I thought would be a chore into an adventure. She went beyond the call of duty and helped us purchase it quickly without problems. She was very informative about the work we would need to do in the apt. and recommended excellent people. Diana Bzdyk is the best all around realtor ive worked with. I had someone before hiring her and it was horrible, we missed out on a few houses because of lack of communication or availability of the agent. Diana always answers her phone no matter what time it is and would not let me buy a home I wasn't 100% impressed with. She also had my back when contractor tried to pull one over on us. SHE IS THE BEST!
