Diana was always available when I had questions. She took me to look at homes to view on my schedule. She was always positive and always honest and straight to the point. Went out her way on several occasions. It was a long process do to my price point, lack of housing for the price I was in and meeting the VA qualification. But she never gave up.

My Wife and I had sold our home in Downtown Creswell and were looking for a country property close by.We found a fantastic home and property nearby and Diana was the realtor representing the Seller. We met Diana sort of accidentally after she filled in for a colleague on a listing that we had wanted to see. We were not close to being ready to buy, and the listing did not work for our purposes. Even though she knew we were not especially serious she was gracious and helpful and signed us up for more listings. She showed us two more houses at our request and we purchased the third. Diana has been really friendly since the day I met her 5 years ago when I bought my first home on my own. She was really helpful in explaining all the paperwork and process of buying a home to me. Over the 5 years since buying my first home, she has kept in contact and gave me insight when I started to think about moving as my family grew. My husband and I decided to sell our house and buy another basically in a week, and Diana was right there with us. Diana helped us stage our home to sell, saving us the added cost of a stager. Our home was shown and received an offer within 24 hours of being on the market. As someone looking to buy land out of state with no previous land-buying experience, I was a bit nervous about being able to find an agent willing and able to work with my situation. Diana put me at ease in our first phone call with her friendly demeanor, and continued to be easy to work with throughout the process. I'm a very detail-oriented person who had a lot of questions about zoning laws and the like after doing what research I could on my own, and Diana put me in touch with a city planner so I could get all my questions answered. I made one visit to the area for a final perusal of candidate properties after extensive research, and she made sure I saw all I wanted to see. We made an offer on our first choice the next day for under the asking price and closed smoothly in a short time.
