Diana is very knowledgeable about the DC area and gave honest advice. She did not try to show us homes that we would not be interested in. She was a great resource for all of our questions along the way. I would strongly recommend her to anyone who is buying or selling a house. I have worked with her in the past for selling a house in Upper Marlboro, and also had a very positive experience.

Diana is an excellent military realtor. After I received my orders to relocate to Northern Virginia, I started searching for a real estate agent. My sponsor recommended her. Diana recommended me to a military friendly lender, and she even negotiated with the home inspector and title company so I could receive military discounts. On top of this, Diana has her own military discount and cashback program, so I was able to receive a generous closing credit. I am not a first time home buyer, so this was not my first rodeo buying a home. I can say that Diana is detailed-oriented. I would work with her again.
