  • Diana helped me buy a home

I would not recommend anyone purchase a home through Diana. I feel completely used and betrayed. I needed to find a home after the passing of my mother. I was depressed, distraught, and not thinking clearly. Because of Diana's "expert" advice I will end up losing tens of thousands of dollars. Her advice included forgoing the appraisal process, waiving all repair contingencies, and paying top dollar for a property that was not worth it. On top of everything, during the process, I had the opportunity to purchase my childhood home. When I tried to get out of the contract Diana told me to "be prepared for a world of financial pain." If you do decide to use Diana please do not use the home inspector she recommends. I can honestly say I don't know what she did to help me as a client. She is also lacking any kind of up-to-date technology. Trust me, everything to her is a "great deal." What she really means is a great deal for her. I should have known I was in trouble when she couldn't figure out how to open a simple electronic lock.
