Diana Morris definitely has an extensive knowledge of the current buyers market. She works quickly and diligently. Having said that, I believe her people skills left a LOT to be desired in the short experience my husband and I had with her. She talked over me, and talked through me, not listening very well to our needs. Furthermore, in our first phone call I kept telling her my first name and she kept calling me by someone else's name, not listening at all, and just had an overall short temper. She never asked us how many bedrooms, bathrooms, etc that we needed and seemed very disinterested and distracted. Although we discussed our budget thoroughly, she showed us one house out of our price range, which was the one and only house we saw, and the first time I had met her in person. When we discussed the price issue a couple of hours after that particular showing, I asked her about the price of the house being over our budget and she told me, "Well you told me you had a higher budget and that really 'goofs' everything up now, and I don't know what to tell you!" In a VERY nasty tone of voice and telling my husband "I don't care about..such and such!" (concerning our particular budget) I discussed our budget in extensive detail with her the previous day (further proving her poor listening skills). She also said to me "We just went all the way out there for nothing!" Continuing to be very rude to us. I was SO shocked, and thought that to be VERY unprofessional considering we had only seen one house with her. So we immediately terminated our buying relationship with her and will be taking our business elsewhere. There is no reason, at all, to be THAT rude to someone. I honestly couldn't believe how poor her customer service was! My husband and I have never been treated that way before, especially by someone who should conduct themselves in the highest professional integrity. We would not recommend her to any of our family or friends.
