Diane Caddy

Diane was a very professional and great agent. She priced the house to fair market value and we got an offer within 16 days of that value. She took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel that I was her first priority client, even though she had other clients that she was doing the same for. I would have her sell my house again for me in the future. She has been helping find a new home, being very patient and finding me great properties that fit my wants. She let's me know if the house is above or below the market value.

I am a cautious, no frills kind of kind who grew up in New Jersey, with no or little patience who always speaks before he thinks, so with that said, Diane did an excellent job finding my dream home in the Menifee area and I am sure she aged a few months dealing with me, but yet she showed her professionalism and did a great job.
