First, she's honest about pricing and won't snow you just to get the listing. If you want to sell you have to trust your realtor knows more then you and listen to advise on price, updates and any concerns on your property. I think many sellers think when you list you will have a ton of open houses and showings and that doesn't always happen. Diane was very clear on if we were going to do this and what to expect. She always knows the comparables in the market and what kind of social media responses you are getting. I know my house wasn't her only listing so I was impressed with that too. If you call her she gets back to you. We had instances when she was walking other realtors through how to write offers and what you could and couldn't write. The hardest thing to have when selling a home is patience. She helps you to be more calm during the process because she knows what can and can't happen. She helped us with negotiating giving us scenarios to think about before acting. When you read a sign that says, "Buy and sell with DI" Believe it!
